When prompted for your domain and password, use the username and password supplied to you when you set up your account.

To access POP Email and FTP accounts, click "User Manager" on the left side of the screen.

Changing a POP/FTP Password

You can have up to 100 POP accounts and up to 10 FTP accounts.

To add a new one, simply click "Add User" and enter the desired UserName, the type of account (POP/FTP), and Password.

*For FTP accounts, you may enter a directory in the "Directory" field to restrict the user to a particular directory. If the directory does not exist, it will be created for you.

To delete POP/FTP accounts that are no longer needed, select the radio button shown next to the appropriate account and click "Remove".

Passwords for POP/FTP accounts can be changed at any time by selecting the radio button next to the appropriate account, typing the new password in the new password fields, and clicking "Chane Password".
